These TERM and CONDITIONS are an agreement
between you ("CUSTOMER, CLIENT") and EconomicalTraffic.com ("us").
Client acknowledges that by placing an order with EconomicalTraffic.com
that they have read, acknowledged and fully understood ALL paragraphs
of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
All campaigns are considered active the moment the first visitor
(Hits/Traffic) is delivered to the client site.
Client is financially responsible for every hit / traffic delivered
to their website. You agree to pay 100% for all traffic that was
sent to you or your customers website.
All traffic/hits will be delivered to the website address submitted
with the order.You may change website url where traffic to be
send as needed. In the event that there is an error with the submitted
URL, the Client will not hold EconomicalTraffic.com or it's Partner
Sites responsible for the error. Any traffic delivered to a Client's
site reflecting the above error, will not be credited or entitled
to a refund.
In the event that the Client's site becomes unavailable for any
reason ("server is down or unavailable, timed out, or shows to
be active but with internal server errors, 404 errors and other
types of common or uncommon errors associated with the internet
and its underlying infrastructure"), the Client will not hold
Economicaltraffic.com or its Partner Sites responsible for these
errors. All/Any traffic delivered to the Client's site during
this down time will not be credited or refunded.
In no event shall EconomicalTraffic.com be liable for any consequential,
direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or other damages whatsoever
(including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss
of information or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use
or inability to use the package, even if EconomicalTraffic.com
has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
PARTICIPATION:
EconomicalTraffic.com shall have absolute discretion as to whether
or not it accepts a particular customer or site for participation
in the Network.
EconomicalTraffic.com will not deliver visitors to the sites containing
content that is not appropriate for viewing by a general audience.
The following are examples (including but not limited to) of the
type of sites we will not delivery visitors to:
a) Sites containing or linking to any form of illegal activity
(i.e., how to build a bomb, hacking, 'phreaking', etc.) sites
with gratuitous displays of violence, obscene or vulgar language,
and abusive content or content which endorses or threatens physical
harm.
b) Sites promoting any type of hate-mongering (i.e., racial, political,
ethnic, religious, gender-based, personal, etc.) Sites that participate
in or transmit inappropriate newsgroup postings or unsolicited
email (spam).
c) Sites promoting any type of illegal substance or activity sites
with illegal, false or deceptive investment advice and money-making
opportunities.
d) Sites with any type of content reasonable public consensus
deems to be improper or inappropriate. Your site may contain one
internal pop up but we donot accept sites participating in exit
exchanges.
Your site may contain sounds or videos but as it normally takes
lot of time to load it is advisable to disable them for better
results.Client understand that we count a visit after 20 seconds
and if after 20 seconds visitor viewing the ad closes it before
it finishes loading (due to network bandwidth, high impact graphics,
animation,sounds or lack of interest on the visitors part etc.),
IT WILL COUNT AS AN AD VIEW ON OUR SYSTEM, WE HAVE SENT YOUR SITE
TO THE VISITOR AND HAVE THEREFORE FULFILLED OUR OBLIGATION. It
is important to note that this scenario may not appear in your
website statistics. EconomicalTraffic.com cannot control the acts
of the individuals viewing your site and will not be held responsible
for these actions.
Apart from that-
Your Advertisement Page can not contain scripts that alter users
browser settings.
Your Advertisement Page can not contain any frame breaking codes.
If your site is changed during the campaign such that it includes
inappropriate content or violation of our terms,EconomicalTraffic.com
may stop your campaign immediately. In this case, you will not
be entitled to a refund.
DATA REPORTING (STATS):
All Campaigns purchased on the Network are served, tracked and
reported by us. We use a state of the art tracking system to track
your ad campaign. Each order is given a unique campaign id which
is used to track visitors to your site. When we provide an ad
view, EconomicalTraffic.com points the visitors to this campaign
id.
Client understands that HIT COUNTERS on your site DO NOT ACCURATELY
REPRESENT THE NUMBER OF VISITORS SENT TO YOUR SITE. This is due
to the large amounts of traffic sent to the site in a relatively
short timeframe. Client understands only EconomicalTraffic counter
statistics are official. Clients private statistics will not be
taken into account for any circumstance whatsoever. Client also
understands that EconomicalTraffic.com does not guarantee sales
or signups and will not issue a refund if none are achieved. The
client understands and acknowledges that the campaign report received
by EconomicalTraffic.com to be true and accurate and agrees to
hold EconomicalTraffic.com, it's partner companies as well as
all companies and individuals involved harmless for any unexpected
results arising from any advertising campaign.
GUARANTEE:
You are guaranteed that EconomicalTraffic.com will send the number
of visitors to the URL you specify within 30-90 days of the campaign
starting date . This is the only guarantee for this service. In
the unlikely event that EconomicalTraffic.com does not deliver
the number of visitors promised, we will provide you with a refund
on any remaining undelivered traffic or unused service. PLEASE
NOTE: As we work with various partners and incur expenses in carrying
out our services, we cannot, under any circumstance, issue refunds
for portions of services that have already been delivered. In
cases where refunds are claimed, we reserve the right to require
proof that the proper number of visitors were not delivered. Stats,
data and other information from third party counters (e.g. Extreme-DM.com,
hitbox) are not sufficient to establish a claim. These counting
systems tend to yield an improper count.
While we are able to deliver traffic, and we guarantee to deliver
targeted traffic, we do not guarantee sales of your product or
service. We can guarantee that you will get the traffic you have
purchased delivered to your site in the time we specify.
While purchasing Alexa traffic,client understand that the only
guarantee provided with this program is that each visitor deliver
will have alexa toolbar installed on their computer.In the unlikely
event that client's site alexa ranking doesn't increase due to
reasons beyond our control,client will not hold EconomicalTraffic.com
liable for any refund.
PAYMENT LIABILITY:
EconomicalTraffic.com reserves the right to hold Customer and
any agency, broker or other authorized representative of Customer
jointly and severally liable for all amounts owed to Economicalttraffic.com.
RATES: All advertising rates are subject to change at any time.
Other
EconomicalTraffic.com shall be permitted to identify Client as
a EconomicalTraffic.com Client and may use Client's name in connection
with EconomicalTraffic.com marketing materials. Subject to the
prior approval of each party, EconomicalTraffic.com may elect
to issue a joint press release announcing the Client's marketing
partnership with EconomicalTraffic.com, which approval shall not
be unreasonably withheld.
Support staff is available virtually 24 hours/day, all requests
must be made via Support@economicaltraffic.com
or our contact us form or our ticket support system. Client also
understands that technical support may not be available at the
exact time in which the client initiates contact. It is our policy
to respond to all e-mails within 24-48 hours.
Any order that results in a fraudulent charge or chargeback will
be reported to a fraud database used by over 900 online advertising
providers. All information on fraudulent orders is blacklisted
with all providers and the information may be turned over to law
enforcement authorities for further investigation.
TERMINOLOGY: (1) In the present context, a visit generally occurs
when a text file is loaded from your server (this includes HTML
files). A hit occurs when a file is loaded from your web server.
Since loading a single web page can cause several files to load
(e.g. images), several hits usually occur when a page is loaded.
Thus, the number of hits is always greater than (or equal to)
the number of visits. The term number of visitors is interchangeable
with the term number of visits.Several visits may originate from
a single IP address or individual. This generally occurs when
an individual returns to or reloads a webpage. (2) Pro-data refunds
are calculated by dividing the number of visits we delivered by
the number of visits you ordered. The result of this calculation
is subtracted from 1 and the resulting figure is multiplied by
your purchase price to derive the pro-rata refund.
Email Terms & Conditions
All email campaigns will be managed under the following terms
and conditions. No exceptions will made to this policy unless
stated in writing and signed by an Economicaltraffic authorized
official.
- Accounts that have not submitted
content within 3 days of sending may have their send date cancelled
and rescheduled at our convenience
- Accounts will be sent out on scheduled
date before 5pm PST. In the event that the click-thru guarantee
has not been reached within 7 days of the first mailing. An
additional mailing will be scheduled for the next available
date.In the case that email is to be resent, EconomicalTraffic.com
reserves the right to modify the subject of the email which
will remain in keeping with the original offer
- Any website that is offline, down
or interrupted understands that we can not shut off traffic
being delivered from previous email sent out.Traffic delivered
during this time will not be credited
- Since EconomicalTraffic can not guarantee
the amount of response to any given campaign mailing, the advertiser
must understand that it may take up to 90 days to deliver the
full amount stated in our guarantee
- Client will be notified by email
when the campaign begins. Support matters must be submitted
through our ticketing system
- EconomicalTraffic is not responsible
for any errors in content or links that are submitted by clien
- EconomicalTraffic makes no warranties
or guarantees towards sales of your products or services.
Guaranteed Signup Terms & Conditions
In order to insure the fastest delivery of your signups you will
be bound by the terms and conditions below.
You are purchasing "Guaranteed Signups" from "EconomicalTraffic.com".
A "Guaranteed Signup" is defined as a request for free information
from the website submitted. Free information can be described
as:
- Filling out a form to receive
information via email
- Submitting a pre-enroll application
- Submitting an email address for
inclusion in a newsletter
- Completing an application for
a free membership
- Completing a form in order to
take a free tour of your offer
A "Guaranteed Signup" does not
mean that you will receive any type of compensation or upgrade
activity from a member. Furthermore, if your program requires
a user to submit multiple pages of information, or requires the
user to proceed with a confirmation process via email in order
to appear in your back office, by submitting such an offer you
agree that the signup information provided by Economical Traffic
is final.
Types Of Websites Accepted and how they are processed.
a.) We accept websites that offer a free service or free information
only.Visitors can not be prompted to make payment of any type
before completing the entire free process. If you program does
not allow a visitor to complete the entire process without prompting
for payment, then your account will be removed from our system.
You will then have the option to change the URL to a program that
fits within our guidelines or you may be charged a 10% administration
fee. Know what you are buying and do not submit "payment required"
programs
b.) If your website requires a visitor to fill out multiple pages
before completing any type of free registration, please note that
we will recognize only the first form submission (first page of
the process) and will count this as one signup, regardless if
the rest of the registration process is completed. It is advised
that if you have a program that has many different pages of information
before completion that you create a custom signup form to use
instead
c.) Form Location changes.If you are promoting a program that
is masked or inside frames, we reserve the right to change the
promotional URL to reflect the exact location of the signup for
used to obtain the signup.
d.) If your website requires a user to view a movie or intro longer
than 30 seconds before providing them with an option to signup,
your account may be removed. provided
Changing Your URL
If you wish to change your program URL after it has received one
or more signups, you will be required to purchase credits equal
to the amount used for your current URL. This means that if you
have purchased 50 credits and used 10 of those credits for Site
A, you cannot change the URL to Site B until you have purchased
an additional 10 credits to bring Site B to 50 total credits.
This does not apply to those accounts that have been contacted
by administration requesting a new URL.
Dispute of Signups.
Getting an account credit for a bad lead is easy to do but to
insure that your requests are handled as soon as possible you
will need to follow a few guidelines.
NOTE: Only signups with bad email addresses or disconnected phone
numbers will be replaced. However, if your website requires the
user to submit a phone number in order to obtain free information
via email, the phone number (unless disconnected) will not be
eligible for dispute. The purpose of this program is to send interested
people to your website with the ability to receive free information
from the service you are promoting.
To request a signup credited back to your account, please list
the entire signup information line as it appears in your admin.
You will have 7 days from the date listed on the signup to dispute
it. Signup disputes older than 7 days will not be honored. You
will need to submit a support ticket via your admin area in order
for your request to be processed. The date and time of your submission
will be used to determine the 7 days guidelines.
Please note that signups will only be credited if we have determined
that an address is invalid. We will do so by sending an email
to the signup contact. If we do not receive a bounce back, we
will not replace the signup. If you are disputing a phone number
we will verify and replace this only if the said phone number
is not in operation, and a phone number is required by your program.
Many times, people may mistake your call as a telemarketer or
other annoyance and state the person does not live there or so
forth. This phone number is submitted by the visitor and will
be considered valid unless there is a disconnection message.
When a signup is credited it may or may not be removed from your
list regardless if the credits have been replaced. We will not
replace signups that have already been replaced.
Inaccessible Programs
In the event your website becomes unavailable or terminated and
visitors cannot reach your website, you will have 7 days to address
the issue by changing your URL. Programs that do not address the
issue within 7 days may be removed from the system without any
right to compensation.
This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and EconomicalTraffic.com
and supersedes any other understandings or agreements, including,
but not limited to, advertising with respect to the package.
